We are happy to re-supply any journal issue up to 3 months after publication, provided you have a current subscription. Claims made after this date will not normally be fulfilled, although we are happy to supply prices for back issue sales upon request.
Before making a claim please go through our check list? Is the print subscription paid and up-to-date?? Has the issue been published? See dispatch schedule? Have you left a sufficient amount of time to receive your item? See delivery timescales? Are you within time to claim? If not see back issue orderingIf the answer to all the above questions is yes then make a claim using the online claim form.
