We are happy to re-supply any journal issue up to 3 months after publication, provided you have a current subscription.

Claims made after this date will not normally be fulfilled, although we are happy to supply prices for back issue sales upon request.

 

Before making a claim please go through our check list

?  Is the print subscription paid and up-to-date?
?  Has the issue been published? See dispatch schedule
?  Have you left a sufficient amount of time to receive your item? See delivery timescales
?  Are you within time to claim? If not see back issue ordering

If the answer to all the above questions is yes then make a claim using the online claim form.
